This is now my 4th mortgage with Mortgage InGenuity. I cannot say enough about their team and service. My pre-approval was done within 12 hours, and final mortgage in less than 3 days. Thank you once again for making this process so smooth and stress free!

He really took the time to explain the information to us to ensure we had a good understanding of the process. He also provided us with great referrals within his network that made the stressful process of buying a new home so much easier.
